The Challenge

Itron was looking for a Hyperion Planning and FDM Administrator contract resource who could provide production support and keep their systems up and running. They were implementing Oracle EPM Cloud, and all of their internal resources were focused on this implementation and needed immediate support for their Hyperion Production Support.

Our Approach

Itron engaged us on a DreamHire Contingent process when we commenced the search.
Our initial points of contact were the Corporate FP&A Finance Director and the Senior Manager. A little later in our search, we were joined by the Director of Internal Audit at Itron.
Through our DreamHire process, we had our Intake Call and Steering Meetings with them and could find them the right contract resource within no time.
Looking at our speed to hire and process, Itron came to us again with the requirement of another Oracle EPM Cloud contract resource which we were able to find them efficiently.
At present, we are helping them with their full-time opportunities. Our relationship with the client has only grown and evolved over the years, motivating and pushing us further to give our best.
