Working Days: Monday-Thursday

Qualifications:

• Master's degree is mandatory
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Located in Pune
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Immediately available for work

Responsibilities 

• Building and managing the prospective candidate pipeline of the talent pool
• Proactively engaging with candidates
• Understanding the talent pool, search methodology and tool
• Coordinate with the candidates and hiring team to escalate their interview process
