Our growing business is looking for a Corporate Recruiter.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and adding dynamic individuals to our internal team. To succeed in this role, you should possess great communication skills, identify needs, and shortlist skilled, viable candidates to close successful hires.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal team leads to understand their needs and plan the hiring process.
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they are onboarded.
  • Create and publish job ads, interview candidates, and seek new candidate sources.

Key Requirements

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree coupled with an interest in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
  • You should possess strong communication (written and spoken) skills.
  • Previous internships/work experience in the field would be a plus.
  • Since this is a Work from Home opportunity, you must have your own laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.
  • The working hours are 9 AM - 5 PM US EST from Monday to Friday.
