Venika is a law graduate from Chandigarh University and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Amity University, Punjab. With a strong academic foundation in corporate law and hands-on experience in contracts and legal operations, she is passionate about helping businesses navigate legal and compliance processes efficiently.

At KAPITAL, Venika supports the Contracts & Legal Operations team by reviewing and managing client and consultant contracts, conducting legal and compliance reviews, coordinating consultant onboarding, maintaining contract and compliance records, and supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle management. She works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution, regulatory compliance, and efficient legal operations.
