She managed an extensive network of subcontractor partners, reviewing open requirements and identifying the best-fit resources based on skills, quality, and rate — ensuring every placement delivered maximum value to the project.

Roopa is known for her ability to manage the full resource lifecycle — from requirement intake and resume screening, to interview coordination, vendor negotiation, contract onboarding, and ongoing contractor support.
