I am Neeraja Sathyan V, a Senior Legal Counsel with over 12 years of experience in legal, compliance, governance, and commercial contracting across multinational organizations. I have worked across diverse sectors including semiconductor manufacturing, technology, financial services, aviation, and EPC and infrastructure. My experience covers end-to-end legal function management, complex commercial and technology transactions, contract drafting, and negotiation, regulatory compliance, investigations, governance, and cross-border legal operations.

Academically, I hold an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law, an MBA in Finance and HR and an LLB where I was a State rank holder. I am also pursuing the Company Secretary qualification. Overall I see myself as a commercially oriented legal professional who focuses on identifying and managing legal risk while providing practical solutions that support business objectives.
