Michael brings a unique background to his role as Business Development Specialist at Kapital. With a strong track record of working with decision makers, building teams, and creating opportunities, he enjoys helping others achieve success.

With experience in all aspects of staffing and direct hire, Michael has partnered with global organizations in food ingredients as well as local businesses focusing on light industrial work. He is recognized for his ability to understand the needs of clients and candidates, with a goal of creating long-term partnerships.

Away from recruiting, Michael has been passionate about baseball since a young age. He started his career as a journalist and ultimately covered major league baseball for three years. After many years of building successful teams on the field, he now owns four teams in the East Coast Collegiate Baseball League, providing opportunities for collegiate athletes to improve their skills over the summer.

Michael’s other passion – his true home team - is his family, including his wife Michelle and daughter Hannah.
