As the Director of Operations and Corporate Counsel at KAPITAL, Maahi is responsible for accounting, finance and all things operations. She is also responsible for directing the legal function, including contracts, compliances, legal advisory, and mitigation of risks across three countries - US, Canada, and India. 

Maahi is a lawyer, carrying a BBA LLB degree, and is a double diploma holder in Corporate Law and Cyber Law. At KAPITAL. When not at work, she can be found engrossed in a book or playing with her dogs. She strongly believes in the values of integrity, hard work, and transparency and believes that adding value and quality is critical in any work that we do.
