Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on hiring IT talent within the US staffing industry.

• Identify and leverage the most effective recruitment channels, encompassing job boards, sourcing platforms, and referral programs.

• Utilize advanced search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva to source and engage high-caliber IT talent.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, ensuring excellence in recruiting for all open positions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to gain deep insights into their IT staffing requirements.

• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for IT talent, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.

• Proficient in VMS systems like Vector, VMS, Beeline etc.

Job Specifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring for IT talent, focused on US hiring (preferably within the staffing industry)

• Proficiency in search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva.

Skills Required :

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

• Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of 3+ years of successful talent acquisition/Recruiting experience within the staffing or recruitment industry.
