Responsibilities:

Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on hiring IT talent within the US staffing industry.

Identify and leverage the most effective recruitment channels, encompassing job boards, sourcing platforms, and referral programs.

Utilize advanced search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva to source and engage high-caliber IT talent.

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, ensuring excellence in recruiting for all open positions.

Collaborate closely with clients to gain deep insights into their IT staffing requirements.

Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for IT talent, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.

Proficient in VMS systems like Vector, VMS, Beeline etc.
Job Specifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring for IT talent, focused on US hiring (preferably within the staffing industry)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a Master's degree is preferred.
