Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on hiring ERP talent within the US, ideally Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Salesforce, and workday technologies.
• Identify and leverage the most effective recruitment channels, encompassing job boards, sourcing platforms, and referral programs.
• Utilize advanced search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva to source and engage high-caliber ERP talent.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, ensuring to excel in recruiting for all open positions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gain deep insights into their ERP staffing requirements.
• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for ERP talent, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.

Job Specifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring for ERP talent, focused on US hiring.
• Proficiency in search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of 3+ years of successful talent acquisition/Recruiting experience within the staffing or recruitment industry or ERP System Integrators, focused on ERP Talent hiring.
