Corporate Recruiter

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full time

Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm US EST

Working Days: Monday - Thursday


Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit 1 new qualified candidate for internal requirements per day.
  • Schedule 1 interview with department managers weekly.
  • Achieve a target of 2 new hires per month.
  • Lead sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding 20 new hires within the first year.
  • Develop a list of 10 target companies for experienced talent acquisition.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage the candidate pipeline, leveraging knowledge of search methodology and tools.
  • Proactively reach out to candidates, engaging them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Understand the talent pool and guide candidates through the entire process.
  • Coordinate with candidates and the hiring team, escalating the interview process.
  • Conduct interviews and hire potential candidates in alignment with internal requirements.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to source prospective candidates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Corporate recruiting within US staffing firms.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and upskill.
