Technical Recruiter

We are looking for experienced technical recruiters for our skill-specific practices:
1) Oracle Cloud
2) Workday and
3) RPA - UiPath

Due to this position’s location in India, you must have expertise with the US Tax Terms, specifically W2, working with candidates on U.S. visas (H1-B), creating U.S. contracts, and US Authorizations and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Positions are based in the
US: Langhorne, PA; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA
India : Vizag or Bangalore
support you will provide will occur during standard US Office hours (Eastern Standard Time)

Job Requirements:
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Required:  5 years of IT recruiting experience working with a U.S. based company
Skills/Abilities:  Basic technical skills (including MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, etc.), excellent command over written and spoken English and above all a great work ethic.
