Role Overview:

We are hiring a Global Recruiting Enablement Executive to support and strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of our recruiting team. 
This role focuses on building and enabling strong candidate pipelines by conducting targeted  sourcing and outreach, performing initial candidate screening and research, and presenting  qualified resources to recruiters or team leads for further evaluation, while also supporting 
recruiting operations, tools, reporting, and process improvement. 


The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, technology-friendly, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities 

Sourcing & Database Support

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technology and ERP positions.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in recruiting databases.

  • Conduct database searches and identify previously engaged or relevant candidates.

  • Ensure candidate records, tags, statuses, and other recruitment data are maintained accurately.

  • Support candidate rediscovery and database mining initiatives.

Recruiting Enablement & Research

  • Support recruiters with candidate research and identification across LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Research companies, industries, technologies, job titles, and talent markets to support recruiting assignments.

  • Build and maintain targeted candidate lists based on recruiter and client requirements.

  • Provide recruiters with relevant candidate intelligence, including skills, experience, location, availability, and career history.

  • Support the identification of new talent pools and sourcing channels.

Recruitment Tools & Technology

  • Effectively utilize various recruiting tools and platforms.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiter productivity through better use of existing tools.

  • Maintain recruitment templates, search strings, sourcing guides, and other enablement resources.

  • Stay updated on new recruiting tools, sourcing techniques, and technology trends.

Process & Reporting

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized recruiting processes and workflows.

  • Track recruiting activity, sourcing metrics, candidate pipelines, and other relevant data.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into recruiting performance.

  • Identify gaps or bottlenecks in recruiting workflows and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure recruiters follow defined processes, documentation standards, and data hygiene requirements.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruiters, recruiting leadership, and the U.S. team to understand business requirements and enable effective delivery.

  • Respond quickly to recruiter requests and provide accurate, actionable support.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within DreamHire Recruiting. 

 

Candidate Profile 

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working with technology, databases, and multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills 

 

Experience 

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, research, 
    staffing, sales enablement, or a related role. 
  • Freshers with strong communication, research, analytical, and technology skills may also 
    be considered. 
  • Prior exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS/CRM platforms, or other 
    recruiting tools is an advantage.

Performance Expectations 

  • This role includes a six-month probation period.
  • During probation, the employee will be expected to demonstrate consistent productivity, accuracy, responsiveness, and ability to support the recruiting team effectively.
  • A 90-day performance review will be conducted to assess progress, capability, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on recruiting support delivered, turnaround time, data accuracy, quality of research, tool utilization, process adherence, and contribution to recruiter productivity.
  • Failure to meet performance expectations or align with KAPITAL’s culture, values, and conduct standards may result in termination during the probation period, in accordance with company policy and applicable labour laws.
  • Successful completion of probation will lead to role confirmation and revised compensation.
