As the Country Manager-Client Success, Shreyans is responsible for acquiring and delivering to all of KAPITAL’s clients in India. He has experience in managing various accounts and ensuring that their hiring needs are met consistently. He is also focused on improving the performance of the sales team within Kapital and their mentorship. He is always interested in learning and implementing methods to increase team efficiency and always looks to help the client to achieve their requirements in the quickest timeframes.
