As the UKG Practice Lead, Shashank is responsible for bringing in new clients and also building strong relationships with existing clients. He has been successful in acquiring clients like UF health and The Word & Brown Companies among others, as well as supporting and helping out the team in general. He comes up with interesting and unique ways of  striking a conversation with new prospective clients. He believes in working hard towards growth in what he does.
